Our B&B truly feels like home. The common guest areas on the main floor include a comfortable living room, a dining area with a table that seats 8, and a separate sun room filled with houseplants and quiet sitting areas. Our large covered porch is a favorite place to relax and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. We maintain a guest library with books and magazines of local interest. There is also a television, microwave, and mini-fridge available for guest use and we provide Wireless Internet access for our surfing guests. Upstairs there are 4 guest bedrooms. Each room is decorated and furnished with its own distinctive style. Three of the four bedrooms have flat screen TVs. All four bedrooms are accessible from a common hallway. Each room has a private lockable entrance and a private bathroom with a full-sized tub and shower.

Our nicest room. The Bitterroot River room features an elegant king-sized canopy bed and phenomenal views of the Bitterroot River and the Bitterroot Mountains from three large windows. The room also has a warming gas fireplace and an in-room flat screen HDTV. In the private bathroom there is a ceramic tile vanity with double sinks and a premium jetted bathtub with shower and marble tub-surround.

This room competes nicely with the Bitterroot River Room for the best Bitterroot River and Bitterroot Mountain views. You can lie back on the queen-sized bed and enjoy prime views upstream from the two large southwest facing windows. The private bathroom is bright and roomy and has a full-sized tub and shower. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Furnishings include an antique dresser, and a tastefully decorated metal sleigh bed.

Terms - All room fees are subject to a 7% Montana Lodging tax. Payments are due and payable upon check-in. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Deposits - Reservations require a one-night deposit or 50% deposit for stays of two or more consecutive nights. Balance is due upon arrival. Reservations made within 14 days or less of arrival must be paid in full at time of reservation.
Cancellation - Received up to 7 days prior to arrival, deposit returned less $25 administrative fee. For cancellation and changes 6 days or less prior to arrival, reservation is non-refundable. No refunds for early departure. Holidays and special events require full payment 30 days prior to arrival. 30 days cancellation notice required for refund, less $25.00 administrative fee.
